At Toklah, we strive to get your heater to you quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers with tracking included. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Payment Options:
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout. Your payment information is protected with industry-standard encryption and security.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way.


Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Toklah Heater—but if you’re not satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

Return Window:
You may return your Toklah Heater within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return shipping may be required depending on the situation

How to Start a Return:
Email us at toklahheater.llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
